BQ40Z80: 通讯异常 上位机显示乱码问题

外部CPU和BQ40Z80通讯更改参数时，BQ40Z80死掉上位机也连接不上，将输出P+和P-加个电压 后可以通讯但上位机显示乱码,复位也不能恢复，电量计好像进入了某一种状态，重新烧写固件恢复正常，                           什么情况下电量计会进入这种乱码状态呢？

如下图电量计死掉后输出P+和P-加个电压后上位机显示乱码：
