TPS65177: Boost Current Limit Negative Offset Current Register

I need to know what is the “Boost Current Limit Negative Offset Current Register”means in page-43 on TPS65177 datasheet。

If I setting Address 03h to 05H，that means Ioffset = 2.0A，

What is the meaning of  Ioffset = 2.0A。
