Nowadays I build a boost converter with EPC2067 and LM5113 in PSIM-LTspice and Simetrix.
GaN driver LM5113 is unencrypted SPICE model download from Ti's WEB.
But LM51113's output is wrong:LOH is square wave,but LOL is low, LOH=LOL=high.
