我使用ucc27611时候它的vref管脚正常输出5v 但是输入控制信号为1MHz的方波却不能输出有效的驱动信号

datasheet虽然没有明确最高工作频率，但是1MHz应该是没有问题的。
注意Vref电容足够大，layout上尽量靠近VREF脚，将驱动波形发给我看一下（l另外Vref的供电电路发给我看一下）
Vref是ucc27611芯片内部产生的 layout上面没有问题 芯片供电没有问题

也就是Vref波形没有问题，如果将频率降低，驱动输出能否正常？
