IN-out无输出，这个问题我认为未解决，我们测试没有过压，Vin是3.3V的，退一万步讲即使过压能大到哪里去

那么剩下的就是输入过压，以及芯片质量问题。
如你所说，输入3.3V, 对于最高耐压30V的芯片而言，过压不可能。
