请教一下，TPS54561-Q1在设计inverting电路时，它的Thermal pad是接GND还是接输出，SLVA317中datasheet并未提到这一点
另外常温测试负载在3A时IC温度大概有110℃，正常吗？

Powerpad在inverting电路时是连接到负压的，而不是0V GND.
芯片温度过高，首先需要确认Powerpad是否充分和PCB 铜箔充分焊接，并扩展散热（最好是四层板）。
110℃是偏高的，要看散热设计是否良好？
