使用固定电流20A通过分流器,通过AFE内部的ADC进行采集,起初电流采集ADC值是准确的,在AFE芯片不断电持续工作几小时状态下,中间停止充放电几小时后,再次以相同的电流通过分流器,AFE电流采集的数值减小,且误差会逐渐增大,请问该问题是由于什么原因造成的,下图为使用的部分原理图

Our part uses an ADC that takes the voltage across the shunt resistor and converts it into a current value. There should be no reason for the part to gradually increase in error. Therefore I assume something might be wrong with the circuitry involving the SRP and SRN pin.
Furthermore, I've noticed a few other small things that could lead to other problems with the schematic. If you're using thermistors, your TS1, TS2, TS3, and TS4 capacitors might be above TIs recommended value. See section 16.2 Bullet 8 of the datasheet.
Last thing, C6 is recommended to be 22nF. The current capacitance value may cause issues with the regulators.
