还有这芯片ACTIVE与NRND有什么区别，怎么从芯片型号识别？
识别不同firmwave版本型号可以通过EVSW里的ManufacturerAccess，20Z45 TRM 第51页 Device Type (0x0001)，Firmware Version (0x0002)，Hardware Version (0x0003)这几条命令查询相关信息。
