见datasheet第十二页说明： (内部连接)
It is important to remember that the TAB of the LM1085IS package is internally conntected to device pin 2 (OUTPUT)
输出电容，需要尽量靠近芯片脚。
紧接的一句“The copper area connected to the TAB can be left floating, used as the primary VOUT connection, or connected to
device pin 2 (OUTPUT) .”
所以TAB是可以当主输出用的。
