BQ2057电池充电芯片发烫！！！

刚到官网申请3各样品，按照数据手册上搭建电路，输入电压9V（电表测量值为9.09V），充电电流测量值为720mA，5脚指示灯状态正确，而且MOS管发热也不是很烫，其驱动电压5.3V   电池为5700mAh   8.4V满充 

测量各管脚电压都没有问题 ，   5脚电压为3.5V    电池已经充到8V

但是 芯片摸上去很烫   这个现象正常吗？  而且比MOS还烫
