我有一笔记本电池是苹果的原装电池，保护板芯片是20Z80，在电脑上安装了EV2300的驱动和20Z80的软件，但无法打开，

安装在另一台电脑上可以使用，我看了电脑系统都是windows xp spk3的，不明白为什么这台电脑不能用

，一点击打开该软件，就弹出对话框内容如下：The EV2300 connection could not be Initiated!Please close this program and try again
