客户用 BQ500210 双面板设计,焊好样板芯片都没有动作,电源部分都正常,但驱动都没有波形出来,这个是什么问题?
最开始的时候双面板不建议但没想到的是,双面板芯片竟然一点儿都不动作,是芯片哪方面的问题导致的呢,不解,请指教,谢谢!
