比如说DDR2的内存颗粒电源需要去耦，请问去耦电容放在BGA的背面，通过过孔连接比较好，还是放在BGA的旁边，拉线过去连接好？
记得过孔的布线电感远大于连线电感，而去偶电容需要尽可能小的分布参数，因此个人觉得放在旁边合适的位置更好。另外放置过程中让供电先到达去耦电容，然后达到颗粒电源是不是更好一些？
