一般这种情况是layout造成的，建议你严格参考datasheet上的layout，以及说明。
其次你可以降低频率看看效果？
不过就电路而言，建议你确认一下驱动电路，虽然你增加的了驱动放电电路，但是R825~R828阻值如果是33ohm，我觉得偏大。
