Part Number: LM9061

Dear support team, we are designing LM9061M with overcurrent 25A, but when we test the PCB, the output of Vgate = 5V, Vin = 8.2V, and Vsource = 3.7V, the mosfet does not work well, 

the on/off is an additional 5V. the Vgate = 5V is too low, the design is same as the datasheet(only mosfet is different). could you pls provide more technical support? cheers

       测试一下芯片Vcc脚的电压多少？（需稳定在７Ｖ以上）

    　其次请问一共做了多少板子？　　都这样吗？

    vcc是8.2v肯定没问题，但是芯片第六脚有5v，这个Vref貌似不对，电阻15.4k也确实没问题。另外芯片输出out到晶体管门级对地的电压有5v，晶体管输出到load竟然只有4点几v，load是10欧姆功率电阻。实在是找不到原因出在哪里，一模一样的电路图。

        Vref应该是1.2V.   OUT脚对MOS输出应该超过7V.

        从你描述看，有些像是芯片有问题，请问你芯片哪里买的？ 做了几块板子都这样吗？

    digi-key买的，按道理来说芯片应该没问题，但是我换了好几片，pin 6的引脚对地电压都是大于4V的。Vout输出电压跟pin7 On/OFF有关么？因为我发现Vout的电压会随着ON/OFF加的电压增加。

        digi-key以前是TI授权代理商，按理说芯片不应该出现问题，但是从测试看完全不对，建议你通过其他渠道买芯片来确认下。（不要在淘宝，电子商场，建议直接找TI,或者是你们长期合作的渠道商）
