请问如果负载容性或者感性，功率因数是0.7的话，这个逆变器标称功率300W,是不是只能接210W的容性负载或者感性负载 ？

不是！一般；逆变器分正弦/梯形/方波三种类型。功率因数决定了它们的控制或主回路元件的耐受能力。如果功率因数太低；即便无功量的VA值未达到你如此计算的极限，系统仍然可能会损坏。
