您好, Q3 inverts the MOD output so it can drive a PFET. Q2 is part of Q1 fast turn off circuit. D7 is Zener clamp to protect gate of Q1 (EVM rated for up to 25V input) but will also help with Q1 fast turn off since the gate is not pulled all the way to ground at turn on. If you input voltage is low enough not to exceed PFET max gate voltage, then D7 is not required but, again, will help with Q1 turn off time.
