需要采样一个高频的交流电流信号，经比较器后变成一个方波信号，对这个方波信号进行移相来控制输出电压，但是这个信号的频率是变化的，不知道UCC3895是否可以满足使用，还是UCC3895只能用于频率和其RT，Ct震荡频率一致的信号移相控制

RT,CT用于设置频率，而SYNC可以作为同步信号输出，同于同步其他芯片频率。
