LM5176电路板高温试验没有问题，但在低温零下30度输入9.5V到13.5V不能正常启动，输出电压只有7V左右，而输入8V，9V大于13.5V的电压都能正常输出12V电压，这是什么原因呢？？

也就是说输入输出接近的时候会造成输出不正常，很可能是芯片判定模式（升压、降压）出现了问题，而这种情况出现在低温，建议你首先确认是否是低温下电容容值下降造成的电压不稳定造成的。
然后严格对照datasheet layout来确认一下。
