客户反馈：
UCC2845用于反激电源控制，2845外围没有COMP软起电路，
当上电后，VCC达到8.3V时，2845开始工作，占空比逐渐变大，但是占空比最大仅有20%，导致整个反激电源输出目标电压时间延长（客户认为在输出电压稳定前反馈电路不起作用）。
这里的原因可能是什么？客户目前还没有提供原理图。
