TPS92515: can't use PIN IADJ to turn off the LED

Part Number: TPS92515
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC7571,

Currently I used analog dimming to control the LED. If the PIN IADJ = 3.3V, we get the Max LED current =1.5 A.

But if the output from DAC7571 is LOW and the pin IADJ  is 0.006V, the LED is still lighted and LED current is about 0.01A, LED forward voltage is 2.5V.

This means I can’t turn off the LED by adjust the voltage of  pin IADJ. I don’t know the reason and could you kindly help to analyze it?

We find when the input voltage of PIN IADJ is around 0V, the point voltage marked in the below picture is about 5V.

Do you know the reason? And how to turn off the LED by adjust the PIN IADJ?
