您好，不能悬空也不能接地， If not using the TS pin (i.e you do not need battery pack thermistor to connect to TS) then use a resistor divider from VREF to GND, with the midpoint tied to TS such that it is between 49% and 70% of VREF, and charger will always think TS is in valid range, so charge will not be disabled due to a TS fault.
