Hi:
I used two LM62460 / LM61480 buck ICs for 25V to 12V and 25V to 18V;
The 25V to 12V circuit often burned out in input pin(VIN1&VIN2)when IC powered on.The 25V to 12V circuit had never happened burned out.
two design circuti are the same circuti. Only deference is EN voltage range .The 25V to 12V circuit input enable singal range is 0V - 25V,the 25V to 18V circuit input enable singal range is 0V - 3V,
I have some questions:
1. The enable voltage range caused the LM62460 burned out?
2. The bias(5pin) design caused the LM62460 burned out? (According to the specification, because the output voltage is greater than 12V, Bias pin is connected to GND )
3. Or other reasons cause LM62460 burned out when power on?
