通过接口配置寄存器，我们想模拟芯片的nINT管脚输出一个异常电平：（正常时候nINT管脚默认输出高电平）当芯片的BUCK1/2/3工作异常时（过流，欠压，过压等情况），nINT的电平会有一个转变，针对于异常情况是否可以通过IIC地址去配置，改变nINT的电平状态
直接让芯片异常工作即可？ 或者用信号发生器外部给如信号。

这个是异常现象的输出，没有这个寄存器设置。
