hello,

 i used UC2825 as the pwm pluse controller. my circuit as following:

my input voltage is 12V, but the PIN8 is always 5.60V , there are no pwm pulse output in the PIN11 & PIN14. the PIN5 is normal with a 433khz sawtooth wave.
