TPS54325的体积小，但是要求可以通过3A的电流，封装采用PWP封装，下面带有焊盘的那种。
需要画封装的时候，要充分考虑散热以及通流量。可以按照资料中给出的说明来画封装。
走大电流的印制线一定要能够承受住通过的电流。

其中thermal pad上的via很重要，直径和间距都要注意。
