在芯片资料网页中，有的有封装文件，但是很多都没有。请问这些能够在TI 网上下载吗？
你好，因为封装文件根据各种设计环境不同都不同，所以有些资料不全或者没有。
如果您需要用到电源芯片，Webench可以很容易的生成设计文件，该工具在ti.com右下角，输入设计参数然后可以得到一系列芯片，打开一款设计后可以在右边看到 Schematic CAD File Export，点击你需要生成的设计环境然后下载即可。
