TI中用于产生12伏以上基准电压的芯片有哪些？
最大只看到10V的参考芯片。
你为什么需要这么高的基准呢？
如果实在需要，可以找个高性能的运放（OPA188）对低压参考进行放大得到。

在TI的REF102 datasheet：http://www.ti.com.cn/cn/lit/ds/symlink/ref102.pdf 上提供了一个参考电压叠加电路：
所以你可以用REF102叠加到其他的参考电压源，例如REF5025上，获得12.5V的参考电压。

只需要注意相叠加的各个芯片的供电电压不要超过其最大输入电压即可，并且参考电压的输入电压一定要比输出电压大一定值，例如REF102, 就必须大1.4V.
