请教上图威尔逊电流镜，我在Vin输入幅值可调的宽度为200us的方波脉冲，当负载电流在40~80mA之间时在B点会产生4MHz左右的正弦振荡波形（A点波形正常），而低于40mA或高于80mA则输出正常，请问这是怎么回事，应该怎么解决？
振荡前的B电波形
过 40mA开始震荡
60mA时的波形
60mA时波形打开
超过 80mA震荡消失
