测试发现CS脚纹波很大，如何消除呢？

从波形看，你首先要排除一下示波器测试的问题，见附件。
其次要在layout上改善，建议严格参照datasheet里面指导来做。
你也可以在芯片CS脚处增加一个几十pF的电容看看。
