最近发现使用TI的LDO做的电源供电在上电时会出现尖峰过冲的现象，请问有什么方法可以避免，或者有没有比较好的电源芯片推荐，输入为5V输出为3.3V 3~5A 另一路输出为1.9V3A 谢谢

可以考虑UC285, TPS75701，但要注意的是你输入输出压差较大，重点要考虑散热问题，或者用DC/DC转到较低电压再用LDO。
关于上电过冲的问题，不知道你具体用的哪颗料？建议看一下输入端的波形有无过冲，输入电源线尽量做短，突然的dI/dt的变化加在前面的寄生电感上有可能会引起过冲。
