电路中使用TPS56221为128片NAND FLASH供电

电源参数:

5VIN,3.3VOUT

Fsw = 880kHz

Fco = 77kHz

Phase margin = 50 dgrees

Cin = 680uF/6.3V Tan-Polymer * 1 + 68uF/10V Tan * 2 + 22uF/16V MLCC * 1

Cout = 680uF/6.3V Tan-Polymer * 1 + 100uF/6.3V MLCC * 1

现在问题是在-40度低温下,上电后2S左右(大约是FPGA配置完成,内部逻辑复位的时刻),3.3V输出上会看见一个约900us宽,最低1V的负脉冲。

最初5块电路板都有类似现象,在提升开关频率和去掉限流电阻后只剩下这一块板还没解决。

请问这种负脉冲可能是因为什么原因产生的?
