For the correlation between the sense resistor and minimum sensible current for this device, it is the voltage generated by an 1mA flow through a 4.768mOhm sense resistor, when using a 100mOhm resistor, a 4.768uV LSB is 0.048mA current, but it would be only displayed as 0 in Current() register until the actual current is greater than 1mA
