BQ24610: BQ24610无法充电问题

在使用BQ24610做充电电路设计时发现无法正常充电,检查过REGN=5.98V,VREF=3.3V,CE=1,输入24V,充 3节18650 电池11.1V

TS设置在3.3V的一半,如图R4156已经修改为9.31K

VFB设置:上R4160  430K,下R6164 100K,且插入电池包能检测到合理的分压。

CE接到VREF上。

上电时STAT1指示灯亮,STAT2灭,PH和HIDRV的值几乎一致,充电时候 HIDRV,LODRV的波形如下:

    I am not understanding this part. If there is no thermistor used in this design, the TS pin voltage reading would be 3.23V which is not half of 3.3V and put the device in the charge suspend state based on the schematic. Is this the latest schematic they used for their design?

    STAT1 and STAT2 both off indicates Charge suspend, timer fault, overvoltage, sleep mode, battery absent and the waveform provided looks like the charge suspend waveform provided in the datasheet.

    There is a possibility that the charge timer expired due the the timer being set to 1hr (based on the schematic).

    As for the schematic, what is VCC12V_DCIN and is this connected to system load? Is your customer trying to use this device as a buck converter for system power and charge battery at the same time?
