如附件:用TL494新开发一款LED恒流电源,基准电压5v在10脚电阻分压得到一个1v的比较电压,10脚上电流取样信号想设定为0.2v,所以用R2和R14分压得到一个0.8v,这是理论设想的啊,实际调试电路时发现,不取电流信号I-SE时,R2和R14可以分压得到0.8v电压,10脚上基准电压1v正常,当电路正常工作时,发现I-SE信号不能被限制在0.2v却变成0.25v。想知道基准电压为什么发生变化了
