关于UC3909,在空载时，测得19脚频率为220K，15脚输出电压为2.45V，但我给24V电池充电时，在横流阶段，我设定的充电电流为1.5A，但实际电流远大于2A，是什么原因？ 并且5脚输出一直为高电平？

如果你的采样电阻是0.15欧姆的话，那么恒流充电的电流值应该为0.35/0.15=2.3A才对，而不是你说的1.5A。
恒流充电的公式应该是： RG1 /RG2 =1.852*I*RS 。
350mV算得是最大的电流吧。
I=（30/70）/（1.852*0.15）=1.54A
应该这样计算吧。
