ucc28019不能带载问题

请教专家，就是我用UCC28019做功率因数校正，输入15V交流，芯片供电用的直流电源15V，基本上是按照datasheet上焊的，

只是现在上电之后不带负载时输出电压可调，8脚输出的驱动波形很烂，时有时无的，但是至少输出电压可调。

带上负载后，8脚的波形就没有了，而且输出电压也不可调。

请大家帮我看看这个是怎么回事
