移动电源5V3.1A输出，用3.2-4.2V电芯启动，升压IC用 TPS43000 ， 低压启动带载3.1A时无法带载，输出电压只有3.8V左右。

需要说明对于boost电路，输入电流往往要有数倍于输出电流的能力才能维持输出端的电压，否则输出端的电压会大幅度下降。
