选择R1,R2使R1:R2=25:8，并且二者之和在几百千欧的范围。
那Cff该如何选择？如果是12v转换为1.8v，这三个参数又该如何选择呢？
Cff=22pF
如果转1.8V，R1=300k，R2=240k，Cff=22pF.
