我用BQ24195做的移动充电宝，给电池充电电流只有68MA，SATA的频率是15HZ，放电是正常的，芯片我让D+ D-悬空了是否是因为这个原因？
D+D-悬空是会限流100mA，具体看BQ24195的datasheet19页。
MCU有没有对bq24195进行初始化？STAT有blinking at 1Hz吗？
