现有芯片LM25118，电压范围满足要求，但是是非同步的控制芯片，工作在20A二极管发热会比较厉害。
TPS43601是同步整流的，效率会高，需要等到今年四季度有sample
请评估一下以下两种方案，哪一个较为可行？
1）二极管采用多个并联；
2）Buck-Boost可否并联？即采用两个15V/10A的并联得到20A的输出电流。
buck-boost可以并联，但是要考虑均流问题。
建议采用多个二极管并联，同时采用TPS25118的最低开关频率，因为你的电流很大，开关频率高开关损耗大。
二极管和mos管最好都要加装散热片

you are right that the heatsinks for diodes and mosfets is necessary. it is terrible without heatsinks.
