和普通单级PFC差不读，无法实现调光功能
该方案是目前TI调光效果最好的方案，,好于LM3445，兼容绝大多数澳洲调光器。
LM3447 尽管是恒功率方案，但调光效果很不错，另外它可以应用于：
1， GU10 90-264VAC GU10(隔离非隔离通吃)
2， 5-50W 90-264VAC A19/PAR30/38 调光（隔离非隔离通吃）
