建议你按照这个文档的计算方式选择合适的电感和电容。按照你的参数应该会选到一个大感值的电感，同时建议选择一个较低ESR的电容搭配，纹波应该可以再低一点。
如果按照你的要求非常高，或者可以增加一级LDO, 因为毕竟你的负载电流不高，例如TPS7A3401: http://www.ti.com.cn/product/cn/tps7a3401
