最近使用了TPS2421-2，使EN脚变高，使OUT关断，输出0V，此时PG引脚连接LED以及限流电阻到VIN。
我使用了几个芯片，有一些PG会输出低电平、有一些不输出。我认为PG输出高电平是OK的，但为何此处有时会输出低电平呢？

正常情况下当OUT上电压小于Vin电压0.75V以上时候，PG上最多只有1uA的下拉电流才对。
提供完整的原理图看看，按照道理输出低电平PG应该是高阻态，因此按照你的接法PG端应该是输入电压才对。
