占空比与 IN与INV之间没有必然的联系，如果仅仅从开环的状态来看的话。
其占空比是由电源拓扑结构的来决定的。
建议你学习一下开关电源的基本知识。

UC3824支持buck和boost拓扑，对于buck拓扑，D=Vout/Vin；对于boost拓扑1-D=Vin/Vout。不知道这个是不是你想要的。
