vin（min） vin（max） 定义的有点问题

这个定义是没有问题的。举个例子；比如选择Vin为1.8~4V输入的buck的DC/DC, 你可以将Vin min往下拉，选择
1.8V；将Vin max往上拉，选择4V;就可产生出一些满足要求的器件。
那个大于等于，和小于等于不别扭吗？
