这了里面左边的说明表示这个芯片的底部和右边的边是电源输出？？

我这个电源是准备给SDI芯片供电的，可以吗？
右边的Pin脚是输出，Tab电位上须和OUTPUT接在一起。
如果这样，为什么不把tab 和 output在制造的时候就连在一起呢？
这是他们PCB封装，为什么把左边的tab和右边中间的output还分开，中间直接在做封装的时候连起来就好了，为什么还要这样设计？
