请问下，当充电出错后，还能转换到充电完成状态？
这个是说如果发生错误了以后，一旦使用者将出现错误的电池拔除出去，那么ifault将会将输出电容充到vrech门限上 这样芯片就会进入到充电完成，reset计数器。
否则充电器一旦检测到一个失效电池就永远停留在这一步了。谢谢！
