TPS61042升压芯片，我输入5V输出30V100MA，有问题吗？

按照85%效率计算输入电流为30*0.1/0.85/5=706mA, 这个已经超过了芯片的电流限制点，所以会是有问题的。
推荐你采用TI的TPS61170: http://www.ti.com.cn/product/cn/tps61170 它也很容易设计成为PWM调光的LED驱动，甚至可以数字调光等。
