在没有接电池的情况下，BQ24610的3脚/ACDRV 的管脚波形如下，导致输出的12V也是方波。
测量芯片的时候，
ISET1=0.3V
ISET2=0.3V
ACSET=0.54V
VREF=CE=3.3V
TS=1.64V
TCC接地。
VCC=12V
没接电池时，芯片会做电池插入检测，输出端观察到周期性的接近Vreg电压是正常的，请参考datasheet page23的Figure 20. Battery Detect Timing Diagram。
